Solex Corporation of Dixon California, Stanhay's oldest and arguably most experienced distributor have had a fantastic last year with the Stanhay product.

After visisting with David Fountain of Solex both John Evans and Niall Wordsworth could not be happier with how Solex have performed over the last 6 months. 'Solex have helped get us off to an excellent start in the 6 months since Niall and I bought the business' said John, 'their commitment to our joint aims and the Stanhay brand has resulted in an unprecidented amount of orders over the last 3 months and I am sure this will continue'.

Grimme UK and Stanhay Webb have signed a sole distributor agreement for the UK and Ireland.

Grimme have long been a successful Stanhay dealer but this new move will see the company represent Stanhay Webb as their UK and Ireland distributor. 'Stanhay Webb has long been trying to be both manufacturer and sales network in the UK and now is the time to re-evaluate what we are good at.' said Niall Wordsworth, Stanhay Director, ' Stanhay's skill set is design, engineering and manufacturing, Grimme are skilled at the distribution and sales of new product and provision of parts and service.

Clearly understanding what the focus of each company is will avoid us becoming a jack of all trades'. Grimme have placed orders with Stanhay for circa £500,000 worth of parts stock and drills to ensure they are well positioned for the up and coming UK planting season and look forward to working with UK customers and Stanhay dealers in the UK.
