The SEVEN precision drill, the mechanical cell wheel drill from Stanhay, will establish an excellent sugar beet crop even in the poorest of conditions. It maintains consistent depth control and accurate spacing even in cloddy, uneven seedbeds including drilling into ploughed and pressed land. And it can continue to work in the damp or directly behind a harrow without picking up moist soil.

 A telescopic, ground following clod deflector clears away clods and stones to leave a smooth planting surface, and stay-clean front and rear wheels keep running smoothly, even when the soil is sticky.

 The SEVEN uses a completely new row unit design. It delivers speed, accuracy and reliability unmatched by any other sugar beet drill available. The new row unit also makes adjustment to the planter both quick and easy, so enabling the user to adapt it to changing field conditions.
